The "Green Label" starts 100 kilometers away from our factory, in the olive groves of Lebanon. By bypassing international brokers, we work directly with 14 farming cooperatives. This ensures that the farmers receive 20% above market rates, which they reinvest into organic pest control and soil health.
This "Grove-to-Factory" link gives us total control over the raw material quality, ensuring that our olives are harvested at the peak of their phenolic content for maximum health benefits.
