Biological Compliance (EU/USA)
Our products are processed to ensure Zero Detection (Absence in 25g) of Salmonella and E.Coli. We strictly adhere to EU Regulation 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs, allowing for seamless clearance at Rotterdam, Hamburg, and New York ports.
Phytosanitary Certification
Every export container is issued an Official Phytosanitary Certificate from the Lebanese Ministry of Agriculture, verifying that raw materials have been inspected for quarantine pests and soil-borne pathogens.
